Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow…on your FrogLearn platform!

We’re being a bit naughty this year and giving you your Christmas treats early, but we’re sure you won’t mind!

Our festive fun starts with our 12 day advent calendar that nicely takes you right up to the end of term. Don’t worry if you’ve missed a day, once we’ve opened a door it stays open until the end of Christmas. The advent calendar is packed full of cool resources you can use with your class before, during and after Christmas.

If you haven’t already, head over to our advent calendar and open today’s door!

Our second little package has been worked on by our very busy elves (also known as developers). Using the code snippet below you can make your FrogLearn platform actually snow! All you have to do is drop the HTML widget into any FrogLearn page, add the code, and with a sprinkle of reindeer magic, you platform will now have snow on it.

The best place to do this so that it is available platform wide, is by adding the code to the school dashboard page, this way it will show on everybody’s first and second dashboard.

For all you HTML and CSS experts we’re pretty sure you’ll be playing around with this code to personalise your platform for more than just Christmas. We would love to see what you get up to. Tweet your creation using #superfrog to allow us to share it with other Frog schools.

Merry Christmas!
