Another #bett bites the dust

The Bett blues have well and truly set in around the office, and when you see some of the stuff we got up to, you’ll understand why…

We got a shout out from Michael Gove on the first day (as well as catching him sporting a blue Frog bag). We were one of only three companies mentioned in the Bett opening speech. To read an overview of a speech click here.

We were genuinely overwhelmed with the response to our stand, brand and product. Our demo staff literally couldn’t take a breath between the 1,000 demo’s they gave over the four days. After a quick tally up our pedometer apps, we worked out that our logistics team walked about 12 miles a day.

The team battled to keep our stand stocked up with merchandise. We handed out 12,000 of our most sought after Frog bags and 10,000 packets of delicious jelly beans were devoured. Hundreds of our FrogStore mugs were snapped up along with our ‘Beats by Frog’ earphones.

Our most sought after piece of merchandise had to be our lanyards, we literally couldn’t keep up with the demand for them, so apologies to anyone who tried to get one and didn’t.

Our Frog Franc challenge proved to be a huge success with both teachers and students, with hundreds making the trip to our partner stands. Keep your eyes peeled on Twitter for the announcement of the winner.

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make our time at #Bett14 the best year ever. A massive thank you to our Frog schools who worked tirelessly talking to other schools and showing off their own FrogLearn platforms.

Rich Barnett – Uplands Manor
Chris Goodrich – Mountbatten
Andy Caffrey – Streetly Academy
Craig Lowe – Albert Pritchard infant and Wood Green Junior Federated Schools
Laura McGee – Albert Pritchard infant and Wood Green Junior Federated Schools

We can’t forget to say thank you to our Frog Free Runners, they certainly caused a stir around Excel. Check out some of the amazing moves they pulled off in our roundup video below.

Frog at Bett 2014

If you’re feeling the post Bett emptiness that we are, you can get the date for next years in your diary. Bett 2015 is January 21-24.
