Feeling on top of the world (or cloud)

We are bursting with pride today, after hearing the news that FrogAsia have won the award for ‘Best Broadband Cloud’ at the Infovision Awards in Amsterdam.

FrogAsia are bringing the future of education to every student, teacher and parent in Malaysia with the rollout of high-speed 4G internet access, a world class learning platform and access to the ‘best-in-class’ resources and technology.

The award is the latest in a string of global breakthroughs for the 1Bestarinet Project developed by the Malaysian Government, to provide internet access to all the state schools in the country.

Did you know?  Malaysia is the first country in the world to bring its entire education community together on a single converged network. It has been designed to ensure that every child has the opportunity to receive a world class education, wherever they are in the country.

Well done to everyone in the Frog Family. It feels great know that we’re making a real difference to millions of children’s lives around the world.

Our very own Gareth Davies said:

“We’re delighted to win such a prestigious global award. It solidifies our position as a world class company and we were honoured to be included with such a high calibre short list. It is really exciting that a project which is making a real difference to the lives of students in Malaysia has been celebrated in this way.”
